Kokum Stearin.
The non-palm CBE, built from one coast.

We do not sell commodity butters. We press, fractionate, and ship a narrow line of editorial-grade lipids from western India — six single-origin butters and seven engineered fractions, anchored by our flagship Kokum Stearin, a cocoa butter equivalent with 55–65% stearic and a 42–46°C melt. Two tracks from one coast: cosmetic-grade for formulators leaving palm, food-grade for chocolatiers tired of the cocoa ceiling.

Six butters · seven fractions

Six base butters, each with a dossier.

Every butter we sell is cold-pressed within 120 km of our Konkan facility or sourced through a named co-operative. Six base lipids — below — and seven engineered fractions (stearins, oleins, custom CBE blends) in the derivatives desk. Read the dossier before you buy the kilogram.

The thesis
“We believe a butter should know its own name.”

Two tracks from one coast

One plant. Two disciplines.

Every butter we make begins at the same cold press. From crude oil onward, the line divides. One track serves formulators under cosmetic-grade discipline. The other serves chocolatiers under food-grade discipline. Both are single-origin. Both are palm-free. Both are traceable to the harvest week.

This facility is peanut-free. Tree-nut-free beyond our named sources. Soy-free. Sesame-free. Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Egg-free.

We process only tree-borne seed and kernel fats from a defined list — kokum, mango kernel, sal, mahua, dhupa, and imported shea. Every raw-material supplier signs an allergen declaration at onboarding. This is not a marketing claim. It is the line that separates us from a commodity press.

Konkan Daily — printed intelligence briefing with gold pen and butter vial
The Intelligence Desk

A briefing desk for formulators.

Each working morning we publish The Konkan Daily — editorial intelligence on cosmetic lipid markets. Cocoa and shea prices, Indian D2C funding, regulation from CDSCO to EUDR, competitor moves from Manorama to AAK. It is the research bench we wish existed when we started sourcing.
