We do not sell commodity butters. We press, fractionate, and ship a narrow line of editorial-grade lipids from western India — six single-origin butters and seven engineered fractions, anchored by our flagship Kokum Stearin, a cocoa butter equivalent with 55–65% stearic and a 42–46°C melt. For formulators leaving palm, and chocolatiers tired of the cocoa ceiling.
